Chrystal joined our team in January of 2026. She has over 25 years of on-the-job experience in office administration and management as well as over 20 years of customer service experience. She is a graduate of Living Word Bible College in Pasadena CA, with a B.A. in Performing Arts and Biblical Studies. She worked for FedEx Office for 11.5 years, with half that time working in management.
In 2012, Chrystal and her husband, Chris, founded SonChaser Inc., a non-profit performing arts organization. They focus on training youth in dramatic arts with an emphasis on Christian discipleship and using their talents to share their faith. In the midst of administration, marketing, stage productions, leading mission trips and directing a summer arts camp for 7 years, Chrystal and Chris had their two children, Benjamin and Josie.
One of those mission trips strengthened a relationship that led Chrystal to a position with Effective Ministries (EMI) where she worked as their Mission Coordinator sending teams to Niger, Africa. With EMI’s offices situated at Equity Concepts, Chrystal got to know the Legacy Team which led to her current opportunity with Legacy Advisor Group. Chrystal and her family attend Mechanicsville Christian Center. Her life goal is to be the best steward of everything God has entrusted to her and occasionally get to stick her toes in the sand.
