She brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources and her extensive knowledge allows her to tailor each interaction uniquely, ensuring that she meets the specific needs of every client she serves. A proud native of Minnesota, Charlon is also an alumnae of the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Charlon enjoys giving back to the community through volunteering and spending her free time traveling and visiting her two sons.
